If I was to be asked about it one day, I would say this music did not happen when I was fed up with the sound of voices and the meaninglessness and flaws of the human language. This instrumental collection of sounds was not recorded in a secluded house by the sea surrounded by dunes. It was in no way gathered on tape nor sent to my younger self in a timetravelling capsule buried at night in the cold sand under the spell of a million ageless stars.
But then again I will probably never be asked about all this. All I know is... I was there. Something did happen. On the edge of a world. For sure. A moment meant to fit in the space between words. Secretly. And it was no sleepwalking.
